Snowbound in NC

This small boat was snowed in on the sound in Rodanthe, NC after the storm of the century came to the Outer Banks on January 23, 2003 dumping 9" in Kitty Hawk and 13" at Cape Hatteras.  It was the largest recorded snowfall in one day.
